1. Delivery Across Pakistan At Pure Life Herbs, we are committed to delivering your natural supplements safely and quickly. We deliver to almost all cities and villages across Pakistan via our trusted courier partners (ُPost Office, Trax, Leopards, M&P, TCS).

2. Order Processing & Verification

Verification: Once you place an order, our customer support team may contact you via Call or WhatsApp for order confirmation.

Dispatch: After confirmation, orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Note: Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time We aim to deliver your order as fast as possible:

Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS or Email. You can use this number to track your parcel’s journey on the courier’s website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery service for your convenience. Please ensure you are available at the provided address and have the exact cash amount ready to pay the rider upon delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at 0311 7686862 so we can resolve the issue with the courier company.
